Einwilligung zur Veröffentlichung von Fotos

Ich willige freiwillig ein, dass Elena Maltseva (Elena Witch Photography) ausgewählte Fotos aus meinem Shooting, auf denen ich zu sehen bin, zu Zwecken der Eigenwerbung veröffentlicht:

auf der Website elenawitch.com (Portfolio),
auf den Social-Media-Kanälen von Elena Witch (z. B. Instagram),
in gedruckten Präsentationsmappen und bei Ausstellungen.

Mein Name wird nicht genannt, es sei denn, ich wünsche das.

Freiwilligkeit und Widerruf

Die Einwilligung ist freiwillig; die Buchung hängt nicht davon ab. Ich kann sie jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen, z. B. per E-Mail an business [at] elenawitch [dot] com. Nach einem Widerruf werden die Fotos innerhalb von [14] Tagen von der Website und den eigenen Kanälen der Fotografin entfernt. Bereits gedruckte Materialien und Weiterverbreitungen durch Dritte können nicht zurückgerufen werden. Die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Veröffentlichung bleibt unberührt.

Weitere abgebildete Personen und Minderjährige

Sind weitere Personen abgebildet, bestätige ich, dass sie mit der Veröffentlichung einverstanden sind, oder diese erklären ihre Einwilligung selbst. Sind Minderjährige abgebildet, erklären die Sorgeberechtigten die Einwilligung; Jugendliche, die die Tragweite verstehen, willigen zusätzlich selbst ein.

Consent to publish photographs

I voluntarily consent to Elena Maltseva (Elena Witch Photography) publishing selected photos from my shoot in which I appear, for her own promotion:

on the website elenawitch.com (portfolio),
on Elena Witch's social media channels (e.g. Instagram),
in printed portfolios and at exhibitions.

My name will not be given unless I wish so.

Voluntary and revocable

This consent is voluntary; the booking does not depend on it. I can withdraw it at any time without giving reasons, with effect for the future, e.g. by e-mail to business [at] elenawitch [dot] com. After a withdrawal, the photos are removed from the website and the photographer's own channels within [14] days. Printed materials already produced and onward sharing by third parties cannot be recalled. This does not affect the lawfulness of publication before the withdrawal.

Other people in the photos and minors

If other people appear in the photos, I confirm that they agree to the publication, or they give their consent themselves. If minors appear, their parents or guardians give consent; adolescents who understand its implications also consent themselves.
